Not sure if any other early adopters were burnt by the big A, but I downloaded from their site L3 upgrade and they took my $90 for upgrade and cannot get SN out to to me to active product. Many calls to India, have resulted in high level of irritation, and finally someone in the US at Adobe fessed up to a large ADOBE glitch in SN's not being issued for downloads..... call back later it may be fixed today .....

That's too bad, Fritz. I was having trouble downloading the install binary and it kept giving me the 2.7 installation file. I finally got it after talking to a couple of people in India.
The serial number issue shouldn't be a huge problem if they get it to you before the trial period ends, right? That is annoying though.

Yeah, and they prolly won't charge you more than a couple of hundred for getting you the serial number...
Last time I tried their 'customer service' they wanted to charge ME $$$ to explain to me why a facility in one of their products only existed in their training video and not in the actual product.
BTW Fritz, when you upgraded, at what point do they ask you for your existing version serial number? I have a copy in my cart, but I'm wondering when/if they ask for it?
