I'm saving up for a new camera, and need something like the D300s, but maybe with a 16-18 Megapixel. Just wondering if D300xs could be a reality..
Are we ever going to see a D300xs?

It's more likely just to be a D400. Likely it will be introduced alongside the D4 in 2011 some time, if Nikon keeps with its normal production cycles.

and if history is any indication, the timeframe will be july-september.
Anyone looking forward to those cameras should be interested in what Nikon does this summer. apart from the usual MP, AF etc spec upgrades they might be more innovative and add wifi, GPS, different video interfaces, and the like.
I figure those thought processes will manifest themselves in some way in the D90 and D700 iterations
