    Do the nikon d300s, 50mm f1.4, 24-70 + 70-200vr2 have weather sealing?
    And to what extent, im at this event the weekend im forseeing rain and drizzle.

    What about the sb900?

    All that equipment you mention has weather sealing (excepting maybe the SB-900, which I don't know about). That mostly means rubberized seals for buttons and a rubber gasket around the mount of the lenses. Don't sue me if they get destroyed in the rain, though.

    Thats why nikon and most other companies never use words like water "proof" and protection.

    It's more water and dust resistance. best when shooting under light-ish rain.

    If you are anticipating anything more significant, i would recommend a cheap rainproof bag.

    Something like this costs about $5

    alternatively just make a hole in a garbage bag and secure it with an elastic band.

    i've tried it at home (never in real world use) and it seems quite secure.

    No flash guns are not water/moisture proof/resistant.
    Please do a forum search as the meaning of "weather sealing" was already discussed just a few days ago.
