I emailed Thinktank customer service regarding a brand new Hydrophobia 70-200 I received on May 16. The rear clear plastic section is extremely cloudy while the flash enclosure is crystal clear (they are made of the same material). I basically just wanted some alternate cleaning suggestions as the plain water remedy suggested in the manual did not work.
They have yet to respond, has anyone else had any problems with Thinktank customer service?
I leave for Kenya in 12 days, so I really need to get this resolved.
