With the excitement of the Sony release, what should Nikon do, I hope they will do something and bring out another wow product

I like the size, sensor etc from Sony, I don,t like the lack of manual controls

So the one from Nikon should be similar sized like the Sony, with a few more manual controls like found on Olympus

Yeah - or we'll get the 2.5x crop "baby" Nikon. But I really, really hope you're right. I messed around with Sony's in the early days - very frustrating UI. Don't care how many "scene modes" you give the thing, just let me do my job. Shutter speed, aperture, and focus - don't get in my way.
