can someone spell out the imaging embedding jargon?

and then make this thread a stickY? :-)
ADmin - a FAQ would be great (if there is one already, so sowie). . .

shivaswrath - I know it's a little boring to search the forum, but this thing has been picked up and answered many times, moreover if You will take a look into the "How to change your profile picture..." (second from top on the main page) You will see that the second post shows exactly how to embed a photo; however, if You still, after reading that short tutorial, will have a problem with embedding a picture, just post the link to it (copy/paste from Your web page) and I'll embed it for You - once You'll see You shall have no problems in future :)
