I don't know if anyone is in the Boston, Massachusetts area, but I went to PHSNE's (Photographic Historical Society of New England's) annual (although they seem to have it twice a year...) event today called Photographica. Tons of small vendors set up selling used (and some new) camera equipment. Lots of medium format and old strange cameras. Big showing of stereocameras, and they even had a really cool 3d exhibit.
Anyway, I don't know if anyone lives in the area, but they have another even in september and it might be a nice meet up. Also the auction is in september, and they have videos of their past auctions and great gear goes for dirt cheap. I actually missed a Primo Jr. today go for $65, in great condition.
Anyway here is a picture of our loot from today, just thought I'd share.
haha, the small "matched" teleconverter at the bottom, I grabbed off the dollar table as I was leaving, figuring well it costs a dollar and is flawless how bad could it be, worst case scenario it's a pentax or minolta mount and I can't use it but I know people that can.
I didn't realize K/AR was naming the mount it was for...konica bayonet mount II, aka extremely specific, and only usable with the autoreflex line, hah. Oh well it'll be a nice 1$ paperweight.
