I'm a newbie in video.
I plan to use D300s for review a lot of products under fluorescent light but found a problem, it's have a stripe on my video!!! I used compact camera before and have no problem with it.
How I can solve that? D3s or buy LED bulb?

Sounds like interaction between mains electrical frequency and shutter speed.
A fluoro is off twice for every frequency cycle.
Now a LED may not fix the problem, depending on how its internal power supply is designed.
Bulbs with a tungsten filament such as normal incadescant or quartz halogen don't go out every half cyle, because the filament does not cool that quickly.

I agree with John; this sounds like the camera is recording the fluorescent bulb's 60 Hz "flicker" - you may well be best off using incandescent lighting.
John and f8lee are absolutely right that the fluorescents are causing it. There are other options besides incandescent, though. You can also get fluorescents with high-frequency ballasts. All the CFLs in my house work fine with my D90 in video (besides having an extremely yellow color cast when I don't WB correctly), but there are a few fluorescents at my dad's house that have the older low frequency ballasts and they give me the problem you're talking about.
