All those megapixels, but all I wanted was some M&M's. I decided to take action.

Welcome to the forum MusashiX2. You missed out on our previous photography pranks thread
Haha, nice serving dish! Is that an L lens?
I was looking through your photo stream- is that Louisiana after Katrina? That's some scary stuff.
That's great. The true purpose has been found for Canon cameras!
You'd better be careful with your gear now MusashiX2. I hear payback can be a real B*TCH!
Thanks for the welcome, everybody.

No, it isn't an L lens. It is a 24mm 2.8 if I remember correctly. And yes, the lens cap was on. I am not that evil, and he is a friend of mine after all.
Yeah, those photos were from New Orleans in 2008. I took an alternative Spring Break trip with the Anthropology department of my college to volunteer down there. My Flickr account is a mess that I have to get in order. I never really did anything with it. I have tons more to upload than just the stuff that's there. I am lazy and waiting for Lightroom 3 so I can have the direct Flickr upload built into it. haha
Thanks for the warning NikoDoby, but I won't sweat it. I am not afraid of roughing up my gear. As long as it works, I don't care. I like making it mine. The Nikon lettering on my D700 has been colored in to look like the Italian flag, and my 24-70mm lens hood currently has Domo-kun on it. Oh, and I swapped the camera straps on my D700 and Pentax K1000. Now my digital rocks the retro. lol
I have another photo-related prank I can tell you about. I was working a wedding with a friend last Summer. During the reception, there was a lot of downtime. He had to go to the bathroom, so he asked me to watch his stuff. All our gear was next to this table that was covered with pink, red, and white rose petals. I took put some red and pink flower petals inside the flash diffuser of his SB800, and one lone petal pressed between his d300 and the battery grip. He comes back, we go around to shoot, and about 5 minutes later he comes to me with a puzzled look. He said his images were all coming out red. Then, with me unable to do anything but laugh, he takes off the flash diffuser and a little fanfare of rose petals pops out. He didn't find the rose petal I jammed in between his battery grip for another month and a half. That ended up being a bit gross, because it had rotted. But no harm, no foul.
