I saw a post on the homepage along with some images that hadnt loaded yet (im on my phone) but didnt have time to check the article out but i did see the post. I was curious when i came back when i could view it, and i found the page empty. I was just curious why admin took it off or if it was found that it was a fake.

Nikon asked that it be taken down or else they were going to sue! Nah I'm just BSing with you. The whole thing was fake and was taken from an old youtube video.

He updated it and then deleted it. I only got what he said on the update:

Sorry guys, I got punk'd. The pictures were taken from a old fake video on youtube made by someone who has been blocked multiple times from NR blog. I knew about those videos, but the screenshots were taken with a camera from the computer screen and I could not link them to the video.
I got contacted by Nikon only once (it was Nikon Canada) and I did mention it on the blog - it was about the D3s being not available in Canada because of the Olympics. This was actually very nice from them to clarify the situation.Posted 3 years ago # -
Ah, its okay admin! I was purely curious, I appricate anything you post on here. Its very entertaining and also i was pondering what would nikon even put in a D3h. they already have the high resolution model and lord of darkness model.

I will change things around a little bit in the next few months. The main NR page will be only for solid rumors. I will have a second page for everything else. That way readers who only care about "good rumors" can only visit the main page. The hard core Nikon fans will find many other Nikon related topics on the second page (probably I will call it Page 2, just like MacRumors). For those of you who have been with NR from the beginning, you may remember that I did have a page 2 on the old blog design.
