Hi,

Can anybody point me to a place where I can find out what the various angles of coverage are for the DX format please? I need to know the portrait and landscape angles ideally (or perhaps there is just a fixed difference like the smaller angle is perhaps half the larger)?

You want the angular field of view calculator here using 1.5 as the focal length multiplier for DX:

I really like how he set up the depth of field calculator, but then I'm a huge fan of graphs so I guess it's no surprise.

I'm really hoping to become a snob when I graduate, ted.

Has anyone tried any good photography calculator apps on the iphone/ipod?
