Adam, I was in Brazil for over a week, most of that time in Brasilia, and only a little over a day in Rio. In Rio, I was only in the Park, and then on my way to the airport. However, I really liked what I saw in terms of beaches and rocks along the Rio coast. I thought of all the shooting I could do there. In Chapada dos Veadeiros, there are so many waterfalls and cascades and lots of interesting vegetation that a lot of time could be spent there shooting as well.

My semester just ended and I'm looking forward to getting caught up on the PAD. I'm loving what I've seen so far. Thanks for posting, everyone.
My son was tipping the scales at over 20 lb (9 kg) at not quite 6 months old. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Here's one of me at his age: baby JA pic
