I'll be sticking here, since I already have an image host and don't want to duplicate my images on flickr.

Cant see the images from the flickr group.... Says I need to sign in...

That's my favorite one of yours from that shoot, Aaron. I'll be posting around here, too, PB PM. I think the flickr group is a good idea, though, as it will probably mean more members for the forum.

If you want your images to appear at the top of the Nikon rumors forum for the world to see then you need to sign in. If you just want to see what others have contributed then just click the play button or flip through the images on the slideshow at the top of the forum.
We are hoping the flickr group will draw in new members to the forum.

Excellent shots everyone.
@Chrisamc, your B&W treatment and candidness is a good combo.
@Smarterchild, excellent DOF and composition.
@Mikeyyah, cool processing and wide perspective.

Smartchild....thats a beautifull shot.Posted 3 years ago # -
Chris- Thank you :), Just curious.... I am not a photoshop master or anything but that shot was taken in ambiant light inside and its at 1.4 at about 3200 ISO. I hate how in low light and in high iso makes my B&W images skin tones greyish, Did i treat this image well? or what could i have done?

hearty - love Your shot, where was it taken, as it looks like a very beautiful place

Wow, great shots, everyone. I like the lines on that, regulator. Is it already fire season again down there, hearty?
I like the treatment, smarterchild. I'm not sure what you mean about grey skin tones in B&W—aren't the other options white and black? ;-) You could try the channel mixer or the sliders/presets on a B&W adjustment layer to get the effect you want.

@ Jonny, no fires. Just a big system rolling in from the Rockies.

Johnny- Welllll hahaha, I meant The skin tones on the second picture. I don't know if its just me but its unappealing to me at all. All of my natural light shots without flash in low light (1.4 F stop). Is it my exposure or is it just because of the lighting situation where i need to get some white flash on the subject?
