B-grip may have a great product but their support vacuums big time, its been over a week since I sent my first email request for clarification on package contents and I have sent another email since then, yet no response or acknowledgment from b-grip to either of the emails!!!
Adorama has excellent customer support, I hope they consider OEM's customer relations management into consideration when partnering with them.
I hope Andrea sees this post and responds.
Just buy it from Adorama. they have free shipping, and returning is super easy. Or call Adorama and ask them about it.
Yeah what poster said. This forum can't be used by a vendor to promote his products anyway. So don't expect a detailed 1 on 1 discussion with the manufacturer here Nikoner as it goes against our forum rules.

One of my friends bought it few weeks ago from Adorama and it did not include the belt. However a new promotional video on b-grip site explicitly mentions the b-grip belt to be included. While the video on Adorama site shows one to be in the kit. Thus the query.
I have contacted Adorama today, am awaiting their reply. Didn't mean to break forum rules.
I'm not saying you broke a rule Nikoner. What I meant was that I agree with Poster in that you should just call Adorama up and ask them about it directly instead of waiting for a response from the manufacturer in this forum.
Warning! my SLR loosen while walking just over an hour, fell on a stone pavement and was totally damaged. Co denies that it was a design defect and refused compensation. Any similar experiences to share?
I've worn the B-Grip for hours at a time with no discomfort. It distributes the weight of your rig along your hip so after a little while you don't notice it much. It will hold up to 17.5 lbs of gear and the plastic is the same material Pelican cases are made of. While I haven't done this, I have some experience with a shooter who put his D3x w/70-200 2.8 on the B-Grip and felt it was totally acceptable.

If so you would know the secret to comfortable carry of a heavy object on a belt is the belt itself. Look at police or military gun belts sometime. They are wide and stiff. Go into a gun store sometime and look at leather gun belts for concealed carry. They are not wide but they are far stiffer than they look. They have a stiff insert under the leather. I suggest anyone trying out this B-Grip start with the base of a very stiff belt. Much stiffer than the belts we use normally. Go to a gun store and buy a gun belt. You will then be able to carry weight hanging from it better than with any normal belt.
