They should have put Nikon stickers on those shutter doors. That would have been an awesome marketing/sponsorship deal between Nikon and NASA. They could have called it the International Space Station Cupola presented by Nikon. "If the picture matters, the camera matters". Then have Ashton Kutcher rolling around in EVA space suit before his safety line breaks and he floats away :^)
they will need to pay not only to NASA, as ISS belongs to many agencies/governments
Do you need to prepare the camera in any way if you bring the camera out into the vacuum of space?
I would assume so, the camera is good at crazy temperatures, but it's not that good. ;D
