I like the tight framing and the light on the grass. I just wish it weren't crab grass. Very pleasing. Reminds me how I feel digging in my garden.
My favorite anecdote about my maternal Grandfather was that he attend church regularly except during the summers. Then he gardened. He always told my Grandmother he felt closest to God when his fingers were in the dirt. (I'm sure he'd like up-to-the-elbows in dirt too!)

The only thing I would say about these shots is to try to keep them to about 800 pixels wide, 900 at the absolute most.
