I hand hold all of my shots jonny. I tend to be very mobile when shooting and that includes with the 300 2.8
As far as being a body builder...no but I do lift weights regularly

I was there yesterday before I went to visit the family in South Delta. This wood duck was the last thing I saw on a late day tour of the sanctuary. Is that where you took the shot of the crane?
Yup, I visit the sanctuary on a regular basis.
