Just as an FYI, Sigma tele-converters disable the ability of remote manual focusing via camera RC software (Nikon CCP2, NKRemote, Helicon remote,...) if the Lens & TC combo goes above f/5.6. With Nikon TCs the remote manual focusing function remains and haven't tested it with other TCs like Kenko since I don't have any to test with :).
Wrote to Sigma about it and the reply was that they'll take note of it but have not planned any firmware update to resolve the issue.
