JMCS the picture you posted doesn't seem to be available at the DeviantART site anymore?

Glad I could help bickhal. Anytime :^)

That's pretty surreal, Aaron. How did you light that?

It was just the lighting outside; pretty cloudy. Camera in one hand, dandelion in the other.

I think the surreal look came mostly from pulling the contrast down.

@NikoDoby- Na, I've just had a few problems lately with the Embed feature on the site.

I tried to fix it for you but only a small thumbnail was visible at deviantART. When you clicked on the thumbnail, deviantART gave a "file not found" error.

I didn't want to just post a really small picture for you so I figured you'd repost the correct image later and left it alone.

Anyway I like all the various lines in your shot. Good sense of perspective.

@bickhal, can't see anything but a flickr notice that the picture is unavailable. I've already written out the train schedule and I've found a nice place where it passes under an old pedestrian bridge ... now I should try to haul myself out of bed at 6am to catch the first train in the hope that the wires are covered with frost and I'll get the train together with the fireworks :)

Here's my bit for the trainspotters:

Willis - got to love a Softail
Reg - I wish I had a bigger screen to see the whole thing but I really like the framing

Holding CTRL while pushing '-' or '+' will zoom in and out on most browsers (also, mouse scroll while holding CTRL). CTRL+'0' will reset the zoom.

Beautiful, regulator. I like the echo in the out-of-focus side. Way to help out an underrepresented thread.
