Is there any precedence that would suggest when we might see updates to the 1.4 and 1.7 teleconverters to match the aspherical 2.0 upgrade? Is it reasonable to expect they will attempt to get all the tele's to the III stepping over the next year or so or does history suggest that it really doesn't work that way?
Other Teleconverter updates?

who knows.. Those TCs are due for an update.. even the Kenkos out feature them performs as good or better.

TC14 and TC17 are great, don't see a need to upgrade them. Haven't played with Kenkos, but can't imagine that they produce better TCs.

Special the TC17 I don't think you can find a better TC than this one, special when combined with the 70-200 VR
