I love the telephoto (2.7 multplier) on the V1 with an adapter. I like the size and weight of the V1. But I do not like the menu controls, dynamic range, or the low light capability. The recent announcement at DPreveiws of Aprina's new sensor gives me hope the V2 will be much better. At least there is a possibility. See http://www.dpreview.com/news/2012/10/08/Aptina-gives-detail-of-4k-video-capable-10MP-sensor What features would you like to see on the V2?

I cannot help myself here....the idea of a better sensor brings the use of the "F" mount adapter more into a reality for actually obtaining some super tele shots. If, the resolution is better than on, say a D4 or maybe even a D800...this opens up a whole new world. But, what would be really nice is a V?? with an APS-C sensor with ISO 12,800..... and fully functioning continuous servo focus at 20 FPS.

I will like these:
-Option to cancel image review after each shot.
-Auto ISO with minimum shutter speed input
-Exposure bracketing
-Menu option for EVF on - screen off
-HDR in cameraI think most of them can be implemented in the V1 via firmware update.

Disappointed, Nikon have not listened to current owners of the V1, The two main faults are still there , Flash cover falls off and the rear dial moves on its own, Should owners really have to tape the Flash cover up to stop it falling off, and it would not cause Nikon a great problem to put a lock on the rear dial.
