Johnny that is beautifully composed ...and so is she.
Mum could never complain about this hobby, now tell her the kids are being excluded at school because you are the only dad without a Camero.

...ummmmm, skid.
You appear to be on the same side as the razor wire and the pointing of the gun.
I suppose we will not see any night pictures then ...??

( thats spelt b.m.x.d.a.d )That might be the funniest comment I've seen on this forum. Nice, exit.
Phil, amazing composition. Just beautiful.
I don't think I've ever posted anything showing how sharp the Tamron 70-200 f/2.8 is. Here's one with it at f/4 and 110mm. (and a 100% crop of her face)

That is incredible JA! I checked out the full size shot and I was really surprised. Even fine details in her skin and hair stood out beautifully. Is there a VR on that Tamron 70-200?
Posted 3 years ago # -
Thanks. There's not, Phil, which is why I'm now saving up for the new version of the Nikkor 70-200 2.8. Tamron has unfortunately only put VR (they call it OS or OC or something) in their consumer zooms so far. If they do put it in this one, they should also speed up the built-in AF motor because that's definitely this lens's weakness.

Ah gotcha. I'm also saving for the 70-200 II, but after seeing that clarity, I had to stop and rethink my plans.

BMXDAD,
Life was hard, and I wanted the D700 so bad. Didn't think they would catch me.
J/K I'm a deputy sheriff, and that was taken at work one day. I was in a "cherry picker" type of lift when I shot the photo.ps. Please send soap as I'm affraid to pick it up off the shower floor.
