    Don't know where to start or stop commenting on all the good photos on this page. All are simply great.
    I specifically like the underwater stuff, and the sun-set shot of OTR.

    I am not done with all my Sweden pics. I posted a sunrise the other day, here is another one.

    thanks for the kind words. South Africa (and Namibia) is an amazing place with an enormous variety of landscapes, from mountains like the Drakensbergs to the Kalahari, to the coasts to the Karoo to the Lowveld country and many other places. So much to photograph, so little time.

    Yeti,
    I'm going to be here in December. This is without question one the best shots I've seen of this view (the Treasury through the Siq) where the Treasury wasn't blown out or the passage walls weren't too dark. Obviously the right solution for this would be HDR, but I highly doubt I'll have that opportunity (too many moving people to get even three bracketed shots off with no moving objects). I may PM you for some more info behind this if you don't mind.

    I have trouble getting decent flower photos, but thought this came out good. I found it in Magnolia Gardens, SC.

    vinopaul22: great photo. I didn't think the 70-300 at 270mm could do so well. Guess I have to use that lens more.

    This whole page 8 is special!

    After the portraits: back to the ultrawide... had I had the authority, I would have thrown out the benches.

    Jürgen, I really like the sunrise photos.
    Kanuck, your B&W is spectacular as always.
    Squamish, I have yet to see one of your portraits that wasn't exceptional.
    In fact every photo on this page is really nice, what an honor to be able to post with you folks.

    @juergen - interesting square crop .....
    @Yeti - trapped ? :)
    @kanuck - quite tranquil

    @Meinrad - why throw out the benches? .... their shadows add some character of their own to the photo ...
