			<description><p>I picked one up at best buy the other day... its fine, but The screen had some artifacts in it. I wish they had given it more pixels like the D90. I think they are spreading the 200k pixels kind of thin at three inches. I've been spoiled by Nikon's amazing LCD's.</p>
<p>I did think the guide mode was pretty cool for people who don't know how to use all those controls.</p>
<p>The Ergonomics were consistant with what I've come to expect from Nikon... which is to say "Perfect".</p>
<p>I'll be curious to see how this performs in terms of sales vs. the D5000.

			<description><p>Yes I got to use one last week and the plastic build is better on the D3000. The body and the kit lens has more texture to it as well. The D40 feels "older" and the plastic much more smoother.
