			<description><p>The D7000 being out of stock at a few stores doesn't mean anything. It is extremely popular and has been selling out since the day it came out. It is also made in Thailand, so I'm sure the flooding directly affected the supply of it as well. If it followed the same 2 year release schedule as previous models (d80, d90), a new model would be announced at the end of the summer and be available by the end of the year. Delays are probably more likely than it coming out early, but if it did come out "on time," you probably couldn't get your hands on one until Nov/Dec. I bought my D7000 body in Dec 2010 and it was part of the first batch of body only kits (kits with the 18-105 lens were available about a month before).

<p>Its been in and out of stock everywhere all the time for a year now, and we have discussed this umpteen times, so perhaps the mods will be along and close this thread in 3-2-1....
