Personally I don't think you will see a D3200 or D7100. Canon hasn't come out with anything that tops the Nikon equivalents and well it will already be a pretty big year with the release of the D4, D800 and D400. It the others come I would imagine it would be late in the year, but I don't think I will be holding my breath.

Just as with the run up to the recent releases, the answer to this particular question is: Maybe.

Historically the product life cycle for Nikon cameras is longer than most consumer gear, but with recent products (such as you mention), it may be somewhat shorter than before, if so then the answer is a probably/yes, as other posts here have hinted at.

rumors that i get Nikon will launching Nikon D800 following the flagship of Nikon D4...
is there a chance that Nikon will launching this camera:
new Nikon D3200: Nikon D3100 now almost 1,5year lifetime, so it will reach to 2 year recycled..
new Nikon D7100: Nikon D7000 lmost same lifetime to Nikon D3100, but this camera looks safe with selling, and market still doesnt request replacement product. so replacement for this product little blur, Nikon still can push to sell D7000 until 2013...
new Nikon D400: Nikon D300s has been 3 years lifetime, so this product will need to be replace soon...

So will Nikon Launching five camerea (Nikon D4, Nikon D800, Nikon D3200, Nikon D7100 and the last is Nikon D400) this year??
