Great clip. Thanks for sharing. I could see for sure but was the camera filming the camera also a d7000?

Wow! That's actually pretty amazing! I hadn't seen this clip before--thanks for posting that! Although I thought I'd never use AF in a filmmaking application, it looks surprisingly serviceable, and may even eliminate the necessity of a focus-puller in certain set-ups.

Very impressive AF, it doesn't seem to hunt nearly as badly as the D3100.(but perhaps it was just the type of shot)

But you can still see it lose focus as people move, especially that last shot at the end.

But still, a major step forward, plus we can hope that further development can be added via firmware.

Don't know if this has been posted before, if so I apologize but this gives a nice little peak at the D7000's AF in video.
