It is all electrical. I bought an old N75 and keep it around for the instances I want to shoot some film. I think I picked it up on ebay for $30.

I have never seen and do not believe any adapters exist that control G apertures.

I am about to buy the 85 1.4 and 35 1.4 this winter and would like to see if I could use those wide open in some cases. I wanted the afd version but I'd rather have the newer released. I do have a 24 2.8, 28 2.5 and a 50 1.4 for my F3. I just was curious if there was just a simple fmount to put on you could adjust the aperture like with older lenses.

G lenses I'm assuming - The few I have tried, mount fine (as all Nikon's do after 1959-i think that is the year), focus manually and the aperture is wide open. There is no way to control the aperture on the G-mounts since they are electronic. Depending on the meter on the camera it will probably meter but I'm not to sure how well.

If I may ask, why with as many cheap manual lenses out there on ebay why would you not just one of those? I got and old 50 f1.8 e lens for $20 and a 135 f2.8 off brand for $15.

You wouldn't be able to focus at infinity if the adapter moved the lens away from the sensor. If they mount on the camera (and I have no idea whether they do or not), you might be able to put a little tape on the aperture lever to hold it open at the aperture you're looking for.

How difficult would it be to create a adapter that would allow you to use a AF-S lens on a F3 or F2 for example. Even if its just wide open or nonmetered? Is it impossiable for a mount to just attach to the camera and then the lens that holds the Fstop wide open?
