Looks like it is on the network here at work...I don't think it originated from here though. I am also using firefox 3.6.12, but they have corporate McAfee stuff(which I don't care for, but oh well).

I've just looked at that page and no virus warning for me tcole1983...I'm using Firefox 3.6.10 and Avast antivirus ?

Virus software popped up while browsing here this morning. Anyone else have a problem? I was checking out the D7000/D3100 comparison thread and got some rar.exe and something else that keeps poping up. I did a scan and so far came up with coreflood!mem trojan. Just a coincidence that I was on here when it happened or????

That is odd you are having problems surfing this site, I have yet to run into any malware on here and I visit a few times a day. I have a hunch it is the ads served to this site, and the reason you are getting it, and others not is probably a local ad based on your location. On the other hand, you are using Chrome which runs in a sandbox, it would be virtually impossible for you to get a virus that would infect your computer just by visiting a website. Google built a pretty damn good bulletproof browser.

I got that plus three more software programs working as a pack of blood thirsty hound dogs prying for their malware victims. =)

I am protected, I just thought that I would mention this so the MOD could look into the issue.

Wow that would really suck if the malware is still here! Must be piggybacking off the ads and infecting computers that way? Do you guys have ad blocker? I guess I should probably run a full virus check now, damn it!

Yes I noticed several hits ,,, a solution go to http://www.download.com and download Malwarebytes it should find any malware

Am I the only person here who is getting malware from this site?

It doesn't not happen everytime I visit the forum but it does happen a little bit too often. I get warnings from my security software that I have been infected with malware. Does this happen to you guys as well? I know that earlier we had this problem as well, but supposedly it's been fixed. So what's the dealio here?
