Yes, I know it didn't used to, but like foofie says the newest beta does support live view and also it doesn't say which models it does live view with. My guess is D90 and newer, but you'll just have to try I guess.

I can't find the information on what models that includes exactly though....
but you might want to try downloading the latest beta build to see if the live view function is working with the d90, although I don't know why they wouldn't just list what models it works with.

Oh, I actually already have that software under a different name (Nikon Control, exactly the same). What I'm looking to do is view the camera's feed in real time on my computer, rather than seeing the results after I take the picture.

Beta Version
The latest Sofortbild beta version supports Nikon D3s and D300s and adds Live View for selected models.

Hey, Michael. This software was on the main blog a while ago. Can't say that I've tried it, but I'm pretty sure the D90 live view is supported in the beta version it mentions there. You can't argue with free, right? Good luck.

Hi! I'm trying to tether my D90 to my Mac with a twist. I'm trying to get a live feed of the camera onto my computer, so I can watch what's happening. I know this will cause stress on the sensor, but I'm not doing it for long. I haven't been able to find any software that does this and works on a Mac. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

-Michael
