			<description><p>Just turn noise reduction off. For fireworks you should also turn off auto ISO and keep the camera on ISO200. Make sure you shoot in RAW  too.

			<description><p>Nikon D-90 user.  I was shooting Fireworks last night adn get some nice shoots but the longer my exposre went to longer tthe longer teh Not Ready time was.  Caused me to miss some shots.</p>
<p>Is there anyway to spped this up?  I had turned of the picture review option so it didn't show me the pix after completion but that didn't help.</p>
<p>I am using a 30mb/s memory card.</p>
<p>The only thing i tried that seemed to help was to turn off the camera and back on and I could shoot instantly.  Not sure what effect this had on the recent exposure but I was able to capture the next one. some of my exposures didn't turn out so well so I am suspect.
