Agree - when a person expects millions for being a fan favorite, they have to expect some loss of privacy - but the PappaZ crap about getting photos of people in their back yards, or "private" moments is crossing the line.

For a person not really into photography (or is she?) a 24-70 might also look like tele lens.

I do agree that when people choose to lead a life of a celebrity they have to agree to some sort of public attention, but having jerks who will go out of their way to get a picture of you on the toilet, etc. isn't really what they should have to tolerate.

Seriously, no person has a right to privacy in public places. That includes people who earn they money by being idolized by their fans. If they don't want people following them and taking pictures of them, then they need to stay out of site, or give up their career.

Can't have fans when you want their money and have them ignore you when you want your privacy in public places.

Seriously, no person has a right to privacy in public places. That includes people who earn they money by being idolized by their fans. If they don't want people following them and taking pictures of them, then they need to stay out of site, or give up their career.

The kid is lucky it wasn't me he was harassing. I have very little tolerance for that kind of behavior. When I take someones picture I generally get their permission before or after. If after I will immediatly delete the picture if they ask. I like taking pictures of kids being kids, and with the sensitivity of the subject I always ask parents permission.

Yeah, I think I mighta busted him up a bit, too, if he was crowding me and my kids. But to claim he was a PappaZ becaue he had a big camera and a long lense is laughable.

I don't know, I think I'm on Jodie's side. The kid had to have been annoying as hell for her to confront him like that. If he wasn't a paparazzi I'm sure the D3S his mom bought him and the fact he was following her around makes me think he deserved a good bruising. That'll learn him :^)
