He didn't even get all of them. This is the complete inner circle of flags. There is also an incomplete out circle. Incomplete because the walkway to go through the circle cuts through it on two sides. He was careful to leave that out. Also, the California flag is in the outer circle and that flag is unmistakable.

I thought the picture was a little odd too. One of the flags closest to the foreground is the NY state flag.

Well, that's kinda why I compared it to trolling. I think he finds it funny himself to try and convince people this thing from around his house is from some place he finds exciting/exotic like China. People who read him regularly, like I will admit to doing, eventually learn to pick this kind of stuff out.

He's just joking. He has an odd sense of humor like that, it takes a while to get used to it. It's something like trolling, but slightly more classy as he does have some actual useful info on his site such as the camera lens compatibility chart.

From the Sea Lion on down were taken at Sea World by him (apparently) last summer. They're definitely sea world though.
