Guys let's use admin's thread for any flickr feed back. I personally like the slideshow where it is. I think it's neat that people can see their photos showcased at the top. It encourages participation and makes the forum more inviting since you don't know what picture will show up next. I noticed that those who are "complaining" haven't contributed any photos to the flickr group yet though ;^)

Admin already mentioned that its location is temporary and he'll find a permanent place. I agree it looks a little goofy where it is right now.

I agree with bmxdad. Right now it looks silly. I'd either take it out and have 3 of them.

I don't think it would distracting, more inviting to check out, what is that "on Flickr" all about. BTW most flickr accounts have different categories

Anyway I think this "on Flickr" is one of the best things that you NR guys have started so far, I will get some of my pictures posted their later this week

I like the single shot shown currently. I think more would be distracting. More Flickr, on the other hand is a good thing since both Flickr and NR are about sharing.

The above "On Flickr" looks great, but would look even better if there was 3 pictures shown.

Maybe we could even try to have 3 permanent "On Flickr" categories like we had before in the Photo-a-Day Pad. People, Animals and Places/Things(or another definition for pictures that does not fall into the first 2 categories)

I realize it did not work so well with the 4 categories in the Photo-a-Day Pad, but I think it would work better in the "on Flickr" posting and also make it more inviting to go and check it out
