You might want to drop the price on the 35-70mm even more, considering the cosmetic condition. I see ones in better shape than that going for a mere $400 on eBay and Craigslist.

No scratches, fungus, hazing, focus issues, etc. PERFECT! US Ser # 409046 (picture below):

2. Nikon 35-70 AF-D version (with newer green front element coating), comes with box and packaging; KEH CONDITION EX. Slight, subtle scuff on the body; subtle graze on the front element that doesn't affect picture quality at all. I am also including the HB-1 hood and a Tiffen Clear filter with purchase (always on since I purchased it). No fungus, hazing, picture quality, or focus issues! US Ser # 795255 (picture below):

The 17-55 is under warranty; I am the second owner of the 35-70 and no warranty included. What separates me from KEH.com and other sales is that I am providing the ORIGINAL RECEIPT with purchase of the 17-55, guaranteeing you the remaining duration of warranty.
