I'd second your nomination of the SB900 except that it has the annoying recycle issue. Instead, I'll have to nominate the LumoPro LP120 for making an affordable manual power flash.

For photographic Accessory, I vote for the Cactus Trigger V4's. These little guys are working out fantastically for me. I finally have wireless flash on my D40 :)

I have them too, they work great for portrait shots etc, but for sports I need to sync with higher shutter speed, that is were the PocketWizard ControlTl will be needed

The best and worst that 2009 had to offer:

(try to make it a product that was a new product in 2009, but 2008 is OK)

1 - DSLR
2 - Mirrorless Interchangeable Lens System Camera
3 - Lens
4 - Flash
5 - P & S Camera
6 - Photographic Accessory
7 - Software

So Please Place Your Vote, Pete

Here is MY votes for Oscors

1 - Nikon D3s, simply the best Sports DSLR ever
2 - Olympus PEN E-P1, classic and started a new camera trend
3 - Nikon 70-200 2.8VRII, for its sharpness
4 - Nikon SB 900, just like the Menu layout
5 - Canon G11, to actual lower the MP in these days
6 - PocketWizard ControlTl, even if the Nikon version is not out yet
7 - Lightroom 2, great value, works with many add-on softwares

Here is MY votes for Razzies

1 - Sony A330 or Any of these horrible Entry Sony DSLR's
2 - Canon and Nikon for not making a Mirrorless Interchangeable Lens System Camera yet
3 - Nikon 70-200 2.8VRII, voted here also for the problems and lack of support from Nikon
4 - The lack of wireless remote control build into Camera and Flash, why do I have to spend $600 plus to control 2 flashes
5 - Most Nikon Coolpix, they simply have to be made better, before I will get any
6 - Most of the overpriced Gary Fong Products
7 - ACDSee software is just simply the worst Pro software I have used, and it is even Canadian
