I don't know where in Indiana you are located, but if you are in the northern part, the Detroit area may not be all that far away for you (I am not hugely familiar with the area). I know of David Savage who does really nice work, and quite a sincere individual as well.

If you are in northern Indiana I can ask my edgy artist musician brother who went through a photography phase if he knows of anyone that he could recommend.

But, I am with everyone else - self-portraits may be fun too.

I Know alot of photographers near by. Ive been a second shooter to Andrew Scalini (who worked under Herb Ritz), Barry Lewis, Jamie owens and i mentor under a local photographer Rodeny Margison.

Warprints- WarWell, i just thought it would be easier to have a friend line up a shot instead of having me run back and forth 20 times to check my composition when its zoomed out to 105-200

You have a D3? You should be able to do self portraits (shouldn't even need friend).

i would HIGHLY recommend craigslist for this, if you can be patient about sorting out the rif raf, you can find a solid local guy for sure, I'm sure. . .:-)

Im a Senior and Ive yet to get ANY senior portraits. The problem is, its kind of hard to find a decent photographer who i actually respect their senior portraits. I find some of the "natural" shots they do VERY cheesy. I am trying to find a REALLY creative photographer in the area of Indiana. If anyone knows a portrait photographer i could look into.

My backup option would be just try to do some self portraits. And have a friend use my D3 and i could just edit the photos how I would like.
