Yes but not like Oly, have they yet moved to the card in their P&S camera, but they have SD in their DSLR now.

CF cards are done the moment Camera Manufacturer decides that they are no longer needed, like it is happening to XD cards(finally). It would make more sense to use dual SDXC(SD) cards than having both CF/SD or dual CF cards.

Panasonic unveiled 32gb and 48gb SDXC cards at CES2010. They also showed a roadmap with 128gb, 256gb, 512gb, 1TB, and 2TB SDXC cards all coming next year!

SDXC was announced at CES 12 months ago.
SDHC has an addressable limit of 2TB as well, but the current specification artificially caps it at 32GB. We'll see if SDXC gets to market with penetration before device makers start breaking the SD(HC) standard again (as they did to break the 2GB cap on SD. Do you recall the competing 4GB pseudostandards we had before SDHC was formalized?)

This isn't really a rumor. Sony announced a 2TB memory stick a long time ago and Nikon was said to be making future models SDXC compatible.

Even at 30MBps it would be admirable storage at 2TB, it would make external HDDs obsolete.
