Niko, it seems like I can PM anyone except you or adamz. I'm not sure why, but it tells me to select a valid recipient. It's not a space problem in my box because to anyone else it works with no problem.

If anyone has a question about something in the forum (an Über complaint/ Über praise/ or you seek my hand in marriage) please PM me or adamz FIRST otherwise those post will be deleted. If you have tried to Private Message us and have gotten an error message please try again later.

My PM box is not full. Sometimes the forum hiccups and PM stops working but eventually it should be back up and running after a few minutes.

Also make sure your PM inbox isn't full of messages. If it is you will have to delete some of your messages in order to send out or receive new PMs.

Does PM work for you yet Niko? I read one of your posts that you said it doesn't but it seems to work between members for me OK. You say members should email you to discuss certain things, but I didn't find your email address in your profile either?

You have a good point, Niko. You can put an img tag instead of text inside the anchor tag, though.

Well actually I think it's better that link text NOT be used. There are already enough of those generated automatically.

Nice, I would like also to read on the way we users can enhance our posting, by adding formatting/markup (like bold, underline, color if possible), Can you (the administrators/moderators) add some lines explaining how to do it (if possible) to the FAQ section?, I guess that only blockquote code em strong ul ol li cite img is allowed.. but can you provide examples for the uninitiated :)

I think alpha has already said that his parents are okay with him being here. I doubt the language/themes are going to get much more potentially offensive than they are now, and if they're offensive to someone there's no one twisting anyone's arm to make them stay on the forum. I personally think the NSFW tagging policy in the rules will work great.

You are still welcomed here Alpha. It's just that you may come across language, links, or topics that your parents might not want you to see or know about. It's just a warning and it's up to you to discuss it with them whether you should post here or not.

I really think this is the right way to go: forum members under 18 should have the consent of their parents. I know other forums require 13 years of age, but this is a photography site and some pictures could be offensive/even illegal to be display to readers under 18 (all NSFW content should be labeled that way and should not be directly visible).

Might stop him religiously posting pictures of brad pitt though :-) !! LOL

As far as that goes current underage members are still welcomed. It's just that this forum is now officially for adults. Discussions, links, and posts are geared towards an adult audience and as such it is up to underage members to discus whether they can participate here with their parents.
