<p>It's been a bit slow here, so I decided to post this.</p>
<p>It's an old scanner converted to a camera with a Canon 50mm lens.  Why not a Nikkor 50mm?  I have no idea. </p>
<p>But the pictures that come out are awesome.  My printer is pretty crappy, I may want to do this in the future, considering it has a flatbed scanner.</p>
<p>The only issue I see is portability, but the original photographers had to lug a lot out too right?  I can see having an extension cord to be extremely helpful with this sort of camera, at the very least. :D</p>
<p>Nikon D3x, eat your heart out.  The guy probably built this with far less than 1/8 of the cost of the camera body.
