			<description><p>Part one in a series of short PDF booklets on focus stacking, in hopes that more photographers will give focus stacking a try. This first article contains examples of nature photos using a short stack, from 2 to 9 or so images, so that it is easy to see why this technique can be useful. No claim made here that these are the best examples, just my own early spring work here in Michigan.</p>
<p>Part 2 is in the works, and will be an illustrated article on the advantages and problems of stacking focus. </p>
