Ok, just a big thank you Nikon !!
installed the updated firmware and the raw +jpeg with my litmus test of 5 shot bracket is about 1/3 the wait time now ! yes.
will see tomorrow when it gets daylight and shoot outdoors as that's when the opaque live view screen is its worst.
thanks for tweaking the focus Nikon hope that works as well
