Ok for some reason when I put the .bin file on my SQD or CF memory card, with battery fully charged, my D4 will not see the firmware update. Any ideas why this is the case? I'm by no means a noob at this but every combination I have tried with the location of the file still does the camera does not give me the update option to proceed. Help....

It currently has:
A 1.02
B 1.02
L 1.004

Also if and when I'm able to got to A.1.03...will have to set my AF Fine Tuning?
