@ Patrick... I had to start laughing when you said comments and critique are welcome. I love the video but having never done anything like this myself I cannot even think about anything I can say except....very nicely done.

Agreed. I've been to most of these places and this video made the hair on the back of my neck stand up. Just a superb collection of images and video.

It was a 2-week journey and quite exhausting with all the hiking. The route is known as "The Grand Circle," traversing through the Grand Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Monument Valley, Mesa Verde, Natural Bridges, Arches, Canyonlands, Deadhorse Point, Grand Staircase-Escalante, Bryce Canyon, and Zion parks.

I shot with the Nikon D800, mostly on the 24mm f/1.4G Nikkor and 85mm f/1.8G Nikkor. There are several shots included from the Sony A99 as well, shot by my friend on the 24mm, 85mm, and 135mm zeiss primes.

Comments and critique welcome! I'm always trying to improve my imagery.

As the number of videos is growing on our forum, together with msmoto (her initiative) we decided to create a one place for videos on the NRF. Rules as simple as possible: 1 video per person per 24h - same as on PAD thread.
