Amazon just sent out emails notifying all existing Nikon D5 pre-orders that they will be receiving a free a Sony 32GB XQD memory card. Amazon also has a new D5 listing with the free a XQD card offer.

 

B&H and Adorama both have the D5 listed with a free XQD card and a free XQD card reader.
