Nikon Rumors giveaway #6

The time after an official announcement is usually very slow on rumors. I am busy on the background and have several updates pending for the blog and forum.

Since we are slow, let’s have another giveaway!

The winner of the previous giveaway is Camille Miller. Congratulations! The winner was picked randomly by one of the forum mods.

nikon d3000 book giveaway Nikon Rumors giveaway #6Today you can win this Nikon D3000 book by David Busch (bibliography). The rules are simple – just leave a comment to this post. I will close all comments next week and will randomly pick the winner. Of course I still don’t believe in “US only” giveaways and I will ship this book anywhere in the world.

The same giveaway will be running also for Nikon Rumors forum members – you can enter each giveaway once (you can enter once on the blog and once on the forum – you just have to be a registered forum member).

I understand that the D3000 is not the ideal camera for most of the readers here, but I can assure you that you will like next week’s giveaway.

    Any gift is still a gift! I convinces a lot of my friends who are first time camera owners to get D3000′s. It would serve me well to have a book like this one to reference from time to time.

    I have had books written by David Busch all were easy and to the point to read
    I think the d3000 camera can be used by even to most expert photographer to the newest novice and get good results.

    Just leaving a comment per instructions. I am really getting to love my d3000, even if my d300s friends make fun of me. I still get the shots i want while they are busy pressing buttons they haven’t programmed correctly yet!

    Not last not first but lost somewhere in the middle of the f. stop range… manual focus and no VR so life zooms by a little fast at times.

    I just got a D3000 as a wedding present. As I wanted to be able to use it properly on my honeymoon (3 week road trip in the USA) I am doing an evening class in digital photography. Unfortunately it’s pretty slow class, and I am thinking I could learn more myself! This book would help me a lot….
