I missed this bit of rumour earlier from all the talk of the new lenses. Looks like 2010 will be the year of the primes. Perhaps this year we will see the most new lens announcements ever?

What most pros want is probably rather less significant than what will sell well.

Before Nikon can credibly sell an FX camera at a D300 price point ($1800 or less), they need a set of lenses that costs rather less than the $6000 plus that the magic three cost.

The 85 f/1.4 is the lens I would like, so I expect it will be the last one out.
