Could it be a sensor stabilisation system? Sony makes this already and Canon hasn’t got it. And Nikon has “sony-connection” when it comes to sensors. It would be an advantage for all shooters – even those non-Danes
One more idea which is more “far out” – but maybe in the BIG announcement, related to the “upside-down” CMOS technology patented by sony which makes it possible to reach better area coverage and more pixcel integrated transistors (for different uses):
It could for excample be a no shutter camera – a transistor build into each pixel turns that pixel on and off individually (for precise exposure in individual pixels and super rapid frame rates and no shutter wear). Hey – that would be BIG…

What is it going to be on October 22nd?

This is what I am getting through the grapevine for the October 22nd release:A new Software suite, something in between NikonView and Capture NX2, in between Photoshop and Photoshop Elements. An advanced suite, that will take into account your ‘program’ setting on your Coolpix or low-end DSLR when processing pictures – something that so far no one does… It notices the camera presets and post-processes accordingly, giving you superior end results, making your results look more ‘pro’. This may be related to this recent and official Nikon news.There may be an OEM Nikon badged HP printer too, but no more …

Yes, It's a new cam with more than 20 MP, but no MX! MX for next year.

I can' talk to you guys, coz I have some agreement with them.

But sure, it's gonna make people who have plan to buy 5D MII spechless...

nikon sent me a invitation to this conference and a old friend of mine sayd me that they will launce a new Dslr camera that is a improve of the D700 the camera will have a sensor of 24millions pixels and other stuffs and will have also a toaster programe that if you have a piece of bread you can put the bread side by side the slot card and make you a nice toast…. there will be also a butter acessorie that is mounted in stead of a flash acessorie now you can thake some photographies in the morning and eat some toasts with butter… nice one nikon
