Megavision and Nikon

Another one from dpreview:
"It's now an open secret that Megavision will be unveiling some interesting new cameras at Photokina that are FF (11 and 16 megapixels), with EVF and a Nikon F mount."

Anyone knows more about this "open secret"?

So its a medium forsat back, like the ones they already make? Or a complete camera body?

Interesting that their existing back has a video feed :) (and no AA filter, and takes r, G and B in three passes with no debayering interpolation)
