Thom Hogan on the P6000:
"Wide-angle to modest telephoto (4x) Coolpix using a 13.5mp compact sensor, the P6000 marks the return of some P to the P lineup. For example, we get the return of NEF recording. Plus we now have two user setting capabilities on the Mode dial for getting to standard setups faster."

P6000 has potential. Interesting time for compacts – it will be between this, the Panny LX3 and the G9 replacement – looking forward to both specs and direct comparisons between the 3 before I purchase.
i liked very much, i want one, i’m sad is too expensive in Brazil.
